About Sean and Anne Sanborn

Sean (40) & Anne (37) have been married since 1996. They served in Chiang Mai Thailand with YWAM from 1999 until 2012. Sean and Anne immersed themselves in the Thai culture and discipled many Thai people. They assisted the local church, led outreach teams, and offered technical assistance.

Now they are mission consultants living in Florida and working with YWAM Tampa. They help to lead discipleship training schools and take them on outreach.

Sean

Sean gave his life to Christ at age 3 and committed his life to missions at age 12. Having grown up on the Mission Field in Thailand, Sean saw first hand what skills were needed to be a blessing to the people there. He often joined his father in the villages and participated in many ministries. He has a degree in Computer Science from Stetson University, and worked in the computer industry for 5 years before going to Asia. During this time, he was very involved with church ministry and completed 2 Youth With A Mission training schools.

Anne

Anne was born and raised in Australia, moving to the USA, when she and Sean were married. She gave her life to Christ at age10, and committed her life to missions at 15. Anne’s first missions experience was at the age of 17, when she joined a short-term team in Hong Kong, China and The Philippines. It was at this time she heard the call to South East Asia. She ministered at her home church in Australia as a Worship Leader, Youth Leader, and small group leader for 6 years before marrying Sean at age 23. Anne has completed 3 YWAM training schools.

To Sean & Anne, everything they have experienced in their lives has been in preparation for serving our Lord Jesus as Missionaries… to the ends of the earth.
